Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’re happy to make changes or cancel it. Just email us at contact.freshjuicecollective@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes! We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your Fresh Juice Blender, contact us to arrange a return or exchange. Please note: the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
How do I charge the blender?
Every Fresh Juice Blender comes with a USB charging cable. Simply plug it into any USB port (laptop, power bank, wall adapter) to recharge. A full charge lasts up to 15 blends.
Is the blender easy to clean?
Yes! Just add water and a drop of soap, then blend for a few seconds. Rinse, and you're good to go. No complex parts, no mess.
